Sentinel Sponsor
If you’re considering a career in the railway, securing a Sentinel Primary Sponsor like RailShield is the first step. As Sentinel cards are not available to the general public, a Sponsor must apply for one on your behalf. At RailShield, we can support you through the process, helping you obtain your Sentinel card and complete all mandatory safety training courses.

Training & Medicals
We guide you through every step of the process. We arrange all essential safety training, such as Personal Track Safety (PTS) and Basic Track Awareness (BTA) courses for both London Underground and Network Rail. Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll receive comprehensive support to help ensure you pass. We also organise your railway‑approved medical examination, including the mandatory drug and alcohol tests, and support you through to successful completion.
